Founded by Tom Scrivner, a third-generation general building contractor, our journey began in Fresno, California. Under the mentorship of his great uncle, Tom learned the value of strong work ethics, which, combined with his academic background in architectural drafting, civil, and structural engineering from Fresno State, shaped the foundation of Thomas Scrivner Construction.
